Source Help Builder is designed for OS Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP.
Also, a help compiler tool is required to turn the output of any help authoring tool into a compiled Windows help file. The help compilers are provided by Microsoft for free. Compilers for HLP and CHM files are different.
If you have either VS.NET, VC 5-6, C++Builder 3-6 or Delphi 2-7 installed on your system you do have the Windows Help compilers already.
